Policies

  • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments.

  • Appointments will be not accepted until a deposit is received and a screenshot is sent to @icywinklashes via Instagram.

  • If a deposit is not sent within 24 hours of booking, your appointment will be canceled.

  • No coffee or caffeinated drinks prior to your appointment.

  • No makeup of any kind

  • You have a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be marked as a no-show.

  • Once you have been marked as a no-show you will no longer be able to book.

  • No extra guests.

  • All clients are required to wear a face mask during the duration of the appointment.

  • You can reschedule your appointment as long as it is within 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any appointments that need to be rescheduled within 48 hours of the original appointment time will require a new non-refundable deposit.

  • No refunds of any kind. All transactions are final sale. You can contact your lash artist up to 48 hours after your appointment for any questions, concerns, or service adjustments.

  • Any appointment made outside of normal scheduled hours will inquire a $45 fee in addition to their service.

  • Any appointments made within 24 hours of desired appointment time will inquire a $15 last minute fee.
